Hosting from a Gold Coast IT company

Prestige Hosting is run by Prestige Technology Solutions, an IT support and cybersecurity company on the Gold Coast. For years we have set up, secured and repaired the systems small businesses run on, and web hosting kept coming up in the same conversations: a site on a host nobody could log in to, a renewal invoice nobody understood, a backup that turned out not to exist.

So we built the hosting we kept wishing our customers had. It runs on servers in Sydney, and the same people look after it who look after everything else.

Most people need a reliable place to put a site, a way to get the files there, a certificate that renews itself, and a backup for the day something goes wrong. That is the whole product.

Three plans that differ only in size, prices in Australian dollars with GST included that do not change on renewal, and a dashboard that shows you files, DNS, SSL, backups and databases. When we add something, it will be because customers asked for it.

A small team on the Gold Coast. The people who answer hello@prestigehosting.com.au are the same people who patch the servers, watch the monitoring and restore the backups. There is no ticket queue in another time zone and no script to get through before you reach someone who can act.

We are deliberately small, and we are open about what that means: a public list of what is and is not included, and support by email during business hours rather than a promise we cannot keep.
